Avis car rental at Boston Logan airport are frauds! You prepay for a car and decline all insurance at reservation to make a quick simple pick up. What they do is have you sign a paper with small print you can't see and do not inform you about insurance. Then they charge you more for the insurance then the actual car! Oh and they do not tell you your card will be charged for to tolls two weeks later. Car cost 89. Insurance 109, tolls 16. What a scam! They will not removed the charges the had you unknowing sign for either. Customer service is completely horrible. Never use this company again unless you want hidden charges!
