The rental experience is nothing special or terrible. I did appreciate that the sales person didn't try to push many services during the rental process.
When it was time for me to return the rental car at the airport, I realized I have lost the keys at Temple Square. After resultless search, I had no choice but call Hertz. The rep was very robotic and only offered the information on cost of different processes (key loss and towing), and didn't seem to care whether I would be able to catch my flight nor whether I can get to my suitcase in the car... So that solution won't work for me regardless of the cost. Eventually, someone at Temple Square found my key and returned it to me. It's all good in the end, but I wished the rep could be a little bit considerate given the situation but can't blame this on this Hertz location since roadside assistance calls are handled at their national call center.
