When you arrive at Austin Bergstrom International Airport, please open your Silvercar App on your smart phone to notify us of your arrival. Or simply call or text us at +1 (512) 201-4050 and we will pick you up curbside. The pick-up location is on the upper level, just outside and all the way to your right at the Offsite Rental Car area. Look for the Silver Audi.
If you are a local renter, please arrange to meet us at the same pick-up location as an out of area renter - on the upper level, just outside and all the way to your right at the Offsite Rental Car area.
Or... you can be dropped off at our car staging lot located at 2415 Hwy 71 East, Del Valle, Texas, 78617, for even quicker rental access. On-site parking is currently not available at this location.

Only bad part of trip to Austin
Landed at Austin early Saturday morning. Staff came to pick us up but another traveler jumped in car in front of our party. This left no room for all four of us in the car. The Silvercar employee said I could to to the facility and come back to pick up the rest of my party or ALL of us could wait......but he was the only person there and it might be a while. Walked to Avis counter and rented in less than 5 minutes. Left message for manager and heard from someone three days later. Great idea but TERRIBLE staffing/service.

Silvercar Austion
Silvercar messed up my reservation. I landed in Austin late on a Friday night and had my confirmation email confirming the pick up date. They could not find it in the system, so I had to take a Lyft to my hotel and a Lyft back to Silvercar the next day. That was pretty inconvenient, and if I was traveling for business, I would have cancelled the reservation entirely.
I love the idea of Silvercar, and I hope that they can work out the app glitches.

Joe picked me up, and Joe was there to take me back. Right to the gate and was very helpful.

Sillvercar experience is unmatched in car rental world
Quick concierge pick up after getting off the flight in Austin. Friendly down to earth Silvercar employee zipped me right over to location just outside AUS exit. Sparse looking space but numerous gleaming silver Audi 4s manage to up the aesthetic! Got the run down as it was my first time. Lots of features in the A4. Scanned and drove off. Awesome experience driving a cool car like this at a price that is on par with the big national players. I will rent from Silvercar at every opportunity!
