Silvercar Austion
Silvercar messed up my reservation. I landed in Austin late on a Friday night and had my confirmation email confirming the pick up date. They could not find it in the system, so I had to take a Lyft to my hotel and a Lyft back to Silvercar the next day. That was pretty inconvenient, and if I was traveling for business, I would have cancelled the reservation entirely.
I love the idea of Silvercar, and I hope that they can work out the app glitches.

Sillvercar experience is unmatched in car rental world
Quick concierge pick up after getting off the flight in Austin. Friendly down to earth Silvercar employee zipped me right over to location just outside AUS exit. Sparse looking space but numerous gleaming silver Audi 4s manage to up the aesthetic! Got the run down as it was my first time. Lots of features in the A4. Scanned and drove off. Awesome experience driving a cool car like this at a price that is on par with the big national players. I will rent from Silvercar at every opportunity!
