I frequent Houston on a regular basis to visit with my 92 year old mother.
Usually taking her to multiple doctor appointments and exclusively rent
from Alamo when vehicles are available. On a recent visit Alamo was out
of cars and I was subjected to renting from Budget / Avis. It turned out to
be the worst business experience to date for me. I won't go into all the details
but if it could go wrong it did. Followed by rude service representatives offering
no satisfaction in resolving my issues. I'd rather walk than rent from them.
Having said that, all my rental experiences with Alamo have met and exceeded
my expectations each and every rental.

rental representative the past two times as she has also been in the past. She
always puts on a friendly face and greets you with her warm personality. She
has always been most helpful. I look forward to my next Houston car rental
with Alamo and will be looking for Susan upon my arrival should she be on duty.
