Shuttle service from airport to car hire was efficient. Service at desk and car delivery was good. Identifying the correct address for return was difficult and required a phone call as it was different from pick up due to road configuration. Service at return was excellent. Being able to return the car without filling with fuel was great for us as overseas visitors who had travelled a long way. The treatment of toll charges without exhorbitant administration charges was a pleasant surprise. The car itself was very comfortable with very limited road wear evident and was very clean.
