AVOID! RUN!
Avoid like the plague. I have made a guaranteed reservation, prepaid for it and they did not honor it. The people working here, including the manager Valerie, have absolutely no interest in helping their customers and/or solve the mess they themselves have created. I rent from Hertz quite often, I have never encountered such appalling lack of customer service, work ethic, and attitude. They do not follow corporate procedures. If you care about your money, don't rent here.
