Fast and easy
Aside from the rental cars being a short bus ride away from the terminal, Alamo at Midway was super easy to work with. My husband and I were pleased that the agent at the desk not only asked where we were going, but helped us make sure we knew where the toll roads were (spoiler alert: it's Illinois, so...all of them) and set us up with a toll pass accordingly. We got to pick the car we wanted from a selection of similar sedans. It was clean, nice on the inside, no funky smells (or bodies in the trunk!) and we were out with the car faster than it usually takes us to get our luggage.
