Mustang in Honolulu
Wanted to hire a mustang convertible for the day to drive around Honolulu and hertz offered the most convenient and best value at short notice. The line was a bit long and the car park where you pickup the car is crowded and felt very disorganised. The car was awesome though. The gps is a must as Waikiki is very confusing to get around and took me a little time to get out as the gps is not very clear on when to turn. Did have to refer to the manual to operate the roof but still pretty straight forward. Great car and a good location to pickup and drop off car. Definitely recommend them just need a better system for customers.

Avoid renting a car here they are rude and crooked
The staff here are extremely rude! The manager is even worse! We came here to return our rental
Car and we were told that they would charge us double for our rental to return the car at this location. When I asked why she said because I can did you not read your contract prices subject to change at any time! Seriously?! We won't be back!
