Friendly staff, no waiting lines. no hard sell!
Very satisfied customers. No waiting lines, no hard sell and when we had a small problem with the car, we immediately got another car and did not even have to fill up the petrol. A gesture towards the inconvience! Returning was also easy with super attentive and friendly staff.

Exellent customer service
Beware when renting a car from any place that lets you choose the car. We waffled between a few cars before deciding on one. Unfortunately, by the time we arrived to the hotel, I realized I forgot my purse in one of the other cars! Luckily, I was able to reach out to Francis for help and within the hour Gaby had called me back to tell me she had found my purse! I will never forget the great customer care I received from Alamo, Thanks!

Great service
We recently picked up a rental car at the Alamo location at the Kahului airport in Maui and found the service and promptness the best we have ever had. We travel a lot and rent cars often but never have we had such prompt, courteous service. When we arriveded at the office there was a full compliment of agents filling the reservation so there was no wait at all and as soon as we had our paper work completed we were met by Estelle who took us directly to our vehicle and showed us everything we needed to know about it. Great rental experience, we will be back
