Very bad experience. Worst car I have ever rented.
The service when I picked it up was just fine. However it was late at night and I had a 2 hour drive ahead of me before getting to the hotel. The car was parked quite a walk from the terminal. The car smelled very bad. I was in a hurry and didn't want to hassle with it at that time. However the smell persisted for the next 4-5 days. I had to place an air freshener in it and drive with windows open in Florida and Alabama in August, so I could stand the smell. When I returned the car I told them of the problem, and they made no offer to discount my fee....All they said was "I'm sorry."
