Dishonest service
We declined the optional insurance and yet were still charged $13.99/day. We had just arrived on a red eye flight with two young children and so were eager to get on our way and didn't notice the charge until later. A call was placed to corporate and they were able to refund us only 50% of the fee that was mistakenly charged. This was our first and last time using Dollar rental car. The only true thing about Dollar rental car is that they will try to take your hard earned ones. Avoid like the plague.
