HORRIBLE
Wow it seems there's a trend going on here. Another wish I could do a zero start review. Just left the Avis/budget in port Charlotte fl where mr Rodriguez was the worse person I have ever had to do business with. Completely unprofessional. Rude as all hell. Absolutely NO customer service. After that kind of service I will never use Avis/budget again. Absolutely Ridiculous. I can't believe Avis/budget has someone like this representing their company. Fast way to earn a bad name.
