DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
I rented a vehicle from Budget. Both the S Pine Ave location and the airport location are owned by the same person. I left a cash deposit for my rental that I was told would be returned on dropoff. Customer service confirmed that I should receive my deposit refund on dropoff. When I returned the rental, I was entitled to 100% refund, but the rental location said they didn't have the money and that I would have to wait 6 weeks for corporate to mail me a check. This is in direct violation of Budget's deposit refund policy. I told them I could pick up my refund in a few days, but they said they wouldn't have the money then, either. You would think a good car rental agency would have $150.00.
