Very Helpful
I had an issue with Fort Lauderdale's Budget center lying and forcing us to purchase additional insurance. After not much help from customer service over the phone, we went to the Budget location close to where we were staying. The rep there was extremely helpful and was able to clear the additional charges on our account.
