WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPANY TO DEAL WITH
I highly suggest NEVER renting from Avis. I was transferred over and over again and when I finally thought I was getting somewhere I was hung up on time and time again. The only way to get my issue resolved is to file something online. We had the worst experience on vacation with Avis and no one has yet to call to see how our experience was. ABSOLUTE nightmare dealing with Avis!!!!!
