Good but...
I've rented several vehicles from this facility and had some really good experiences and some quite questionable ones. I rent intermediate vehicles at the facility because of my height (6'2) and I hate bumping into the ceiling on cars. The staff is very friendly and helpful and when I first started renting they went above and beyond putting me a in Chrysler 200. (Wow) Since then I've been getting Toyotas (Corollas). They've tried to put me in a Kia Soul a couple of times - nope. This last rental, however, was a bit unusual. They downgraded me to a Compact (Nissan Versa). When I went in to discuss it with the lobby staff, they immediately bumped me up to a Nissan Altima (a much nicer ride).
I'd say that the overall vehicle assignments have gone down considerably since I started renting. While nicer vehicles are available on their lot, I tend to end up with a less attractive rental most of the time. And while I am a corporate customer, I am also a 5 Star member (not going to hit President's Circle this year).
