Silvercar @ SFO
Very positive first time experience with Silvercar at SFO. Definitely will rent again. The first car they gave me had an engine indicator light on, but they immediately swapped it out for a different car. Service was very eager and courteous. Car extremely clean and (but for the indicator light) seems to be well maintained. Only drawback is that their location is off airport, and you have to take the AirTrain to the rental car location in order to meet the Silvercar driver who takes you on the short ride to their warehouse. But, still a much needed breath of fresh air compared to the horrendous service from the national chains at SFO.
