Excellent manager
I wanted to leave a review more for the excellent service received by the Hertz manager on duty when we picked our vehicle up from Eindhoven Airport, Mr George Stamoulis. We where the last pick up of the day due to our flight being delayed, he went out of his way to help us, even after his shift had finished we had numerable problems, he was patient, courteous and considerate of our predicament. I think it is rare these days to come by someone such as George who outshines every one else when it comes to customer service. Thank you ever so much George!!!

Absolutely the best customer service I have received in a long time, he made our difficult predicament work even though we had numerable problems starting with a very late delayed flight and being the last customers for the night, along with the booking not showing in the system, then insufficient funds! and having to do last minute transfers. It was pouring with rain, he made sure we got out of the airport safely ahead of the entire airport being closed down on us! he even got out of his own car and got wet to swipe the ticket because we where experiencing problems.
