very disappointed. do not suggest
Let me tell you that the customer service is really disappointing, the employees seemed annoyed. First, they asked me extra paperwork without letting me know earlier by email that i needed to bring them. You can understand that it wasn't easy to figure this out. Second, the staff speaks Dutch about you (when they think you don't understand) and are really disrespectful. The car was good, our day was good. Then I brought the car back and they made me pay a service fee I wasn't aware of and when one of the employee told me I wouldn't pay it. So I basically paid for the error of an employee. their excuse: it's not our fault that the employee told you something he wasn't suppose to, so you need to pay.
I do not suggest to go with this company or I hope you have a better experience than we did
