Our pick up instructions were clearly written on our rental voucher, but after 30 minutes of waiting at Queen Alia Airport at the assigned spot, a kind stranger let us call Right Cars to ask where they were. They told us they were then on their way and to meet them at a different point. This was very stressful and disorganised on their part.
The car was smaller than the listed 'VW Golf or similar' that we had paid for, although mechanically it was fine.
We got a small parking fine in Amman (~ US$20) which we tried to pay upfront to avoid extra fees. Initially the man serving us was happy to do this, but then suddenly his tune changed and he decided that there was be an extra ~US$100 'administrative fee' that was anavoidable...we tried to ask why the change of heart, the poor communication and the large free for such a small fine, but the language barrier was terrible. Overall I was utterly shocked by the awfulness of this company. Avoid like the plague.
Dear Sir or Madam, i rent a car at Amman Queen Alia International Airport last week for 1 Week. Today I saw on my credit card account that your company charged an additional 294,73 EUR= 240 JD.Your employee in Amman didnt inform me for this Transaction. I gave him the car like i took it. I haven't Radar. While I was using the car there was no accident or anything that would cause any Problem for the Car. I want to know where is the problem??
